Phase 1 & 2 Environmental Assessments
Phase 1 is a preliminary review, while Phase 2 is a more in-depth investigation.

- Visually inspects the property and neighboring properties
- Interviews current property owners, operators, and occupants
- Determines the likelihood of contamination
Phase 2

- Compares lab results to regulatory guidelines
- May inspect the interior of the property for mold, radon, or lead paint
- May evaluate wetlands, ecological resources, or endangered species
- Determines if contamination is present and if it could affect the groundwater, environment, or development
